Shipping Rates: Free shipping on all orders over $200, after all discounts (orders <$200 pay $7.99).

Returns Policy: Please leave a message on our support voicemail to request a return authorization from our customer service department.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Returns must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order.
We do not accept returns on seasonal or closeout merchandise and wall borders.
Shipping fees on return items are non-refundable.

If your order qualified for free shipping, per this Shipping Rates Policy, your refund will be less the cost of the original shipment of the items.

The return shipping on the original item(s) will be at the customer’s expense.

We value your order and do our best to ship all orders complete and packed with care. Unfortunately, sometimes circumstances beyond our control may result in your items arriving with signs of a “rough” shipment. In this event please contact us as soon as possible after the delivery. All shortages and damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order. We reserve the right to credit or replace the order. If any damage is found upon inspection of your order, you must save the original carton and packing materials and leave a message on our support voicemail. Shipping fees on returns are non-refundable.
